Any customer found to be committing fraud of any kind with any payment method will be subject to criminal and/or civil prosecution.

All winnings resulting from the illicit use of any other payment method will be forfeited automatically.

Our cashier is currently set in USD currency.

In the event funds are credited to a customer’s account by mistake, it is mandatory upon the customer to notify us of the error without delay.

For accounts with negative balances, we reserve the right to cancel any pending plays, whether placed with funds resulting from the error or not.

In the event of delays due to transaction errors or third party processing delays, we will not be responsible for any wagers missed due to the delay.

The house deposit rules will supersede any verbal or written offering of any of our employees.

Withdrawals

We are currently only processing withdrawals through crypto-currency. Payouts will be sent out using the same method you used to make a deposit

Withdrawals are processed once a week on Mondays. The processing time frame is 24hrs- 72hrs.

Processing fees will vary depending on the crypto method used and the amount requested.

In order to request a payout please go to the cashier section online or contact customer support.

All customers will be required to provide their account number and password if requesting a withdrawal, failure to provide these or incorrect information is provided will result in the immediate denial of the request.

All withdrawal request is subject to management approval

The availability of the withdrawal methods may vary from geographical location and/or change without prior notice.

Although we attempt to process withdrawals as quickly as possible, due to restrictions in certain geographical areas as well as bank and processor transfer procedures, all payouts may take up to 14 business days to be completely processed.

Before any withdrawal can be done some documents could be required as proof of identity.

All withdrawal requests must undergo an internal due process and pass several stages of management approval before processing. The submission of a request by a customer service representative on behalf of the customer does not guarantee management approval.

All withdrawals are subject to the funds being available in the account at the time the withdrawal is being processed; if funds are not available the withdrawal request will be declined and a new request must be made.

Withdrawal requests may be modified, or canceled as per customer request prior to it being processed; once a payout has been processed no changes are allowed. In the event, a payout request has been canceled at the customer’s request any fees charged will not be reimbursed.

Withdrawals will only be processed in the name of the account holder. In the event that a client cannot receive the funds in his/her name, written signed authorization must be received with the name of the person to whom the payout is endorsed. In addition, a valid photo id of the account holder must accompany the authorization form.

Non-Cashable bonuses will be reversed at the time of a withdrawal request.

Regardless of the withdrawal method, a max amount of $4,000.00 in a seven day period can be requested

The house withdrawal rules will have precedence over any verbal or written offering by any of our employees.
