General Rules for Bonuses & Promotions

Bonuses are restricted to one per deposit, account, household, e-mail, phone number, and shared computer. No exceptions will be made.

• All winnings generated from promotion from a member with multiple accounts will be voided and reversed from the account.

• All bonuses and promotions are intended for recreational players only, we reserve the right to deny or reverse any bonus offer to any customer if it is determined to have abused our bonuses and/or promotions program. It is upon management discretion to determine if a customer is or is not eligible to participate in such program.

• All bonuses and promotions will be honored upon request.

• It is upon management discretion to deny or revoke a bonus to any customer at any time.

• Bonuses are only offered on new money, customers who have recently requested a withdrawal might need to get the approval from Upper Management in order to qualify for the bonus.

• A customer who is positive in a lifetime or in a positive position will not be eligible for re-load bonuses unless authorized by management or in the event special promos are sent or announced.

• The account holder must contact support immediately after having made a deposit in order to receive a bonus or promotion. Once a customer has used the funds and not requested a bonus, he will not be eligible to receive one on that deposit.

• Once a customer has accepted a bonus, this CANNOT be forfeited and all requirements must be met before being eligible to request a withdrawal.

• Promotions cannot be combined with other offerings.

• These bonuses and promotions rule supersedes any verbal or written offer by any of our employees.

• Rollover requirements or holding times are not applicable on any of our bonuses, however, other rules and restrictions may apply.
